Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Movement Coach. 

I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga teacher, qualified to teach pre and post natal clients, spin and exercise to music, and hold a BA Honours in Contemporary Dance.

Having a wide array of disciplines to draw from my coaching style blends strength training, mobility work, HIIT, mindful movement and relaxation/breath techniques. This holistic approach to physical training not only offers incredibly effective results, but provides an opportunity to understand and respect your body in a way you wouldn’t get with just a gym programme.

Trained as a contemporary dancer and working within the industry for over 6 years I have thorough anatomical knowledge and know how to train safely, effectively and to a high level of intensity. However, I am also passionate about making movement fun and enjoyable. Exercising well is just as much about the mental benefits as it is the physical. It is my goal to get you feeling happy, healthy and confident in yourself.

Happiness isn’t a body size. Happiness is a mindset. 

A dissatisfaction with ones body can feel all consuming. It can lead us to feel that we only deserve happiness and a certain kind of life once we’ve reached our “ideal” body. Years can go past in a fog of dieting, without us truly enjoying the life we are living. 

And the irony is that this type of mindset very rarely generates lasting change. We might start eating more vegetables and going to the gym, but if we are viewing this behaviour as punishment for not looking a certain way, we will never be consistent. It takes self respect and contentment to implement true positive change, not a juice cleanse and a 12 week bootcamp. 

As your trainer it is my focus to:

  • Encourage joyful movement habits and step away from seeing exercise as a way to earn and burn food. 

  • Assess factors outside of diet and exercise that may be negatively effecting your physical and mental health.

  • Cultivate a focus on what your body allows you to do, not what it looks like. 

  • And most importantly, have fun. 


Covid Secure

Providing a Covid secure service is of paramount importance so that we can train and work safely. I am currently following both the UK Government and Public Health Englad’s guidelines, am fully vaccinated and taking regular lateral flow tests to ensure the safety of both you and my family.
